Giving all of you a shout to start the cycling season. We have a lot of new things going on at Crook's Cycle Right. 

New location: 829 N. Columbus St in Lancaster
We are now offering V02/LT testing 4 times a month. I attached a flier to this email. Great deal to make sure you are training properly and can measure your improvements. 

With the V02/LT testing ramping up with the regular fit shop activity I wanted to send out a schedule. 

V02/LT testing: 
Saturdays - March 5th, 19th
Friday - March 11th, 25th. 

Bike Fits: 
Friday: March 4th & 18th
Saturday and Sunday - March 12th, 13th, 26th & 27th
