Inner layer is 100% extra fine Merino wool,outer layer is 73% Merino wool with 20% polyamide and 7% elastic that helps keep out wind and offers a snug fit. Fits under a helmet without removing the padding. Double layered sides and front half of mid-section keep ears and forehead warm and reduce wind penetration.
