Maya Cycle

Maya Cycle is designed to be compact and easy-to-use for city streets, farmer's markets, rides to the beach, camping getaways, and any other type of bike trip you would like to experience with no hassle. It proves to follow directly in-line with your bicycle wheels at all times and it does not fishtail when you ride down hills at high speed. It is said thatyou'll never feel it behind you (unless of course you have the max load of 66 lbs. loaded which will make your ride tougher and make you stronger!).

Why is this true? Maya Cycle is designed to carry the centre of gravity below the pivot point. This allows for it to tow your cargo and track, pivoting like a hammock, rather than following your bike and functioning like a fishtail behind the back of your bicycle. With this unique design, you'll be able to ride through your day and never hassle about tight corners, busy city streets, pedestrians, or anything else that may come as close to you and your bike as a street side curb (which by the way, you also don't need to worry about).

The Maya Cycle design is shorter in length than other bicycle trailers. It fits under one meter long behind your bicycle's rear wheel, which makes it more compact to use in the city. If you would like to park your bike at a bike rack, next to other bicycle's, Maya Cycle will not hang much past all other bicycles and can be locked to your bike and the bike rack using a cable lock. If you choose to do so, you may also detach your Maya Cycle trailer at the pivot point and take it with you by simply rotating the handle bars and converting it into a wheelbarrow.

Fits: Most standard bicycle's with a 26 inch wheel, 700c or 29er's.

Bicycle rear fork must have a distance of 140 - 165 mm from the outside flat surfaces of the bicycle frame.  For single speed road bikes and cruisers with thinner bicycle frames, please contact us and we will notify you when Maya Cycle trailer fork's for 120 - 140 mm drop-outs become available.
