The Cleveland-to-Columbus ride is 142 miles of mostly easy terrain. Start at The Flying Fig, which gets seasonal food from family farms, and pop in on the sustainability-focused Great Lakes Brewing Company, known for its award-winning Dortmunder Gold Lager. In Ashland, crash at the Morgan Farm Stay, a working farm. Then crank to Columbus’s North Market, home to dozens of mom-and-pop farmers and producers. Jeni’s ice cream comes from the grass-fed cows at Snowville Creamery.
