COLUMBUS, Ohio — Authorities said a man wearing a rainbow-colored do-rag and a pair of large, woman's sunglasses robbed a north side bank on Friday afternoon and then made his getaway on a bicycle.
The robbery happened at about 12:40 p.m. at the Cooper State Bank, located at 1616 East Dublin-Granville Rd.
After waiting in line, the robber approached a teller while sipping a cup of coffee and passed her a note that said he was armed and wanted cash. No gun was seen, but the teller handed over money and the robber fled.
