2012 Vermont Bike and Brewery Challenge

Ah, Vermont. Land of the Green Mountains, tranquil country roads weaving past dairy farms, and picturesque New England villages. No wonder Vermont has long been one of the premier cycling destinations in the country.

Recently Vermont has become a destination for another reason - the beer. Delicious brews from around the state are highly praised and Vermont now has the most breweries per capita of any state in the nation.

Great riding AND great beer?  Seemed to us that the only thing missing is a trip that combines Vermont's outstanding cycling with visiting half the state's breweries.

Are you up for the 2012 Vermont Bike and Brewery Challenge?

Thanks for posting about our ride. We're pretty excited for June and would love to have some Ohio folks join us. Thanks as well for all of the great info on your blog!

My little brother lives in Winooski. He works at City Market. My friend just moved to Winooski from Columbus. I doubt I will make it for the beer tour, but it would be cool to meet if I make it up for the holidays.
