RiverScape MetroPark Bike Hub [Link]

Bike HubThe RiverScape MetroPark Bike Hub houses secure bike lockers, showers and restrooms and supports cycling as a form of commuter transportation. Membership has been designed for individuals whose primary bike hub use is to commute downtown by bike for work or school, but many amenities are available for recreational cyclists as well. The hub is situated at the center of a 70 mile regional bikeway system, offering opportunities to go south to Warren County, north to Miami County, and east to Xenia and Greene County.

Bike Hub membership is only available to cycling commuters. Recreational cyclists are invited to use the publically available amenities, such as bike parking, bike rentals, coin-op lockers and restrooms.

To apply for membership, complete an online application, call (937) 277-4374, stop in at 224 N. St. Clair St. across from the Bike Hub or e-mail outdoors@metroparks.org.

The hub directly supports regional efforts to increase access to and remove barriers to cycling. Why? Cycling provides an alternative form of transportation for people of all income levels and is believed to lead to more active lifestyles.
