Description
Columbus volunteers for Katrina Relief will be running the Pizza hut on Lane Ave on March 9th and will be collecting some of the profits and all of the tips to put towards a service trip to New Orleans.
Five years after the hurricane, the disaster is no longer in the news and as a result is also no longer in minds of most people. This results in much less support provided for New Orleans. That is why service trips and volunteers are crucial components to the revitalization of New Orleans.
On March 9th, print off the attached flier and show it when you purchase your pizza at the Lane Ave. Pizza Hut and our service trip will receive 15% of your purchase. Also if you wish to eat in at the restaurant, our volunteers will be waiting the tables and all tips collected will go directly to the trip as well.
Remember pizza hut is having the $10 any pizza, any size, any topping deal going on right now, so go grab a large pan crust supreme pizza on the 9th and you'll donate a whole $1.50 towards our trip!! Thats almost a whole gallon of gas! But please consider eating out at pizza hut on the 9th and help fund our trip, every $1.50 helps!
