This is the last ROS I will attend in Columbus, unless an alternate ride is held. The self-aggrandizement of the leader and his organization sickened me. What should be a somber memorial was a pep rally. Shame on them.
Last Ride Of Silence for me in Columbus too. Sadly, when the point should have been to reverently honor and remember riders hurt and killed, Stephens and Coleman were feeding each others egos on the podium and making a sales pitch for Consider Biking.
No one notified Andrew Starinchek's relatives of the ride, and they arrived late with only a few riders to recognize the memory of their lost son.
