Found bike in Hilliard OHIO (via @yaybikes)

Greetings,
The Hilliard Division of Police, Hilliard Ohio, currently has a very expensive bicycle that was found near the Rails To Trails. I have been unable to locate an owner. I was hoping that you could send a mass email to your members with my contact information reference a Motobecane bicycle. I would of course need to speak with each person and have them provide proof of owner ship. If this is something that you could do I would greatly appreciate it.
