Motorcyclist Assaulted By Bicycle-Riding Suspects, Report Says [NBC4i]


A Columbus man tells police that several people cut his motorcycle off with bicycles and began to assault him.
According to a report filed Sunday with Columbus police, a 34-year-old man was riding his motorcycle on the 1700 block of South Champion Avenue when three suspects rode their bicycles in front of him, causing him to stop.
The man then told police that the suspects began kicking him, causing his motorcycle to fall and become damaged.
The man’s motorcycle helmet was also damaged during the alleged assault, according to the report.
The alleged victim refused any medical treatment for his minor injuries.
