27 LETTER small handlebar bag prototype [Queen City Dry goods]

This is the latest prototype for Hubert over at 27 LETTER. Grey waxed canvas with black leather.  The elastic will be replaced with round elastic cord later this week, with a leather tab on the end to grab.
